Thank you! I'm glad that you enjoyed this and that the journalism voice worked. I had pages of this written in Kate's point of view, with the interview as a minor plot point. I started writing the interview to try to get my narrative/timeline straight (I've been inhaling a lot of rock journalism), and I ended up liking the way it worked.
