You don't want to be John of Gaunt anyway, even if he is John Gielgud at least some of the time, because he's a jerk, although I guess this is debatable in Shakespeareland. In history and certainly in my Personal Fanon he is an enormous asshole though.
Also, in the Imaginary Film of All My Plantagenet-Based Fictional Endeavors, Henry is played by Matthew Macfadyen. So that's also awesome.
