formatting for ficathon entries

Since the deadline is AUGUST 15 at 12:00 AM CDT (that's THIS SATURDAY ACTUALLY A WEEK FROM THIS SATURDAY HOLY CRAP OMG FLAIL ALSO I CANNOT REMEMBER WHAT DAMN DAY IT IS) some of you may wish to know what you should include with your fics. Please include the following information in your headers:

Author: [will obviously not be visible at first; I'll add them later]

Warnings: [if any; please warn for common triggers]

Notes: [optional]
Summary:

Please send all submissions as Word-compatible files (.doc, .rtf, or .txt). DO NOT send files with a .docx file extension, as then I won't be able to open them. Please be sure to double-check all formatting before sending in your fics.

Also, if you are going to need a pinch hitter, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can find one.
