'Kate & Hotspur go to the DMV' is an inspired topic, in the first place, and the execution is perfect, and then you add Hal showing up specfically just to take advantage of the confusion and steal an ipod + Percy & Bolingbroke's understanding about their sons (and the source of some of Hotspur's bad habits).
